An effectively functioning executive team is one of the most important factors of a company’s success. Effective teams make better decisions, produce faster results, and tend to create better places to work. Ineffective teams can contribute to job stress, waste time and money, and in the worst cases lead to under-performing, dysfunctional companies.

Cassidy Bay Group improves organizational results by improving team dynamics – facilitating a climate of trust and mutual accountability amongst team members. Sometimes, balancing team and personal goals can be a challenge; our approach works to align a team toward an agreed upon clear and compelling goal. Our work-sessions may include the facilitation of broad buy-in to organizational change involving new roles, corporate direction, or often both.

Our team coaching can take many forms depending on the needs of the organization. To make a team building exercise as realistic as possible, we often suggest that an organization link it with a strategic planning, values definition, or organizational change project in the organization. This has the benefit of not only improving team behaviours generally but also creating alignment to a high-profile decision or activity in the organization.
