We worked with the management team to draw out the company’s situation analysis – current market drivers, competition, customer profile, etc. The team then formulated a strategy along with detailed company objectives with appropriate metrics and targets against which to measure progress, and prioritize resources and budget. We worked with the management team to build a product strategy for a specific market; identifying product value and a marketing and business strategy to build awareness of this value with end customers.
